These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Dr Dilraj Healthcare ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of this website, including browsing and purchasing Ayurvedic and wellness products and booking consultations. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Dr Dilraj Healthcare is an Ayurvedic and physiotherapy wellness practice led by Dr. Jagdeep Singh, based at Dr Dilraj Healthcare, Near HP Petrol Pump, Bassi Complex, Jalalabad, Est Moga - 142024. Through this website we (a) sell Ayurvedic and wellness products and (b) allow prospective and existing patients to request and book in-person consultations. This website does not provide telemedicine, remote diagnosis or online treatment — see Medical Disclaimer.

You must be at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order or book an appointment on your own behalf. By using the website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

The content on this website — including product descriptions, blog articles and general wellness information — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for an in-person professional consultation, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of Dr. Jagdeep Singh or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition and before starting, stopping or changing any treatment, medication or Ayurvedic remedy.

Booking a consultation through this website does not, by itself, create a doctor-patient relationship; that relationship begins only once your consultation takes place. In a medical emergency, do not rely on this website — call your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

• An appointment request submitted through the website is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm it by email or WhatsApp/phone.
• You agree to provide accurate contact and health-concern information so we can prepare appropriately for your visit.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible using the details in Grievance Redressal — see also our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more detail.
• We reserve the right to decline, reschedule or cancel an appointment at our discretion, including in cases of repeated no-shows or where the requested slot is unavailable.

• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images and prices, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund, substitute or backorder, as appropriate.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Payments for product orders are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping charges. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank account details — these are handled directly by our payment gateway partner in accordance with applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. You may instead choose Cash on Delivery, in which case the full order amount is payable in cash when the order is delivered. We may call the phone number you provide to confirm a Cash on Delivery order before dispatching it and reserve the right to cancel one we are unable to confirm. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law;
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information when booking an appointment or placing an order;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its administration systems or other users' data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's functioning, including via malware, scraping or excessive automated requests; or
• Reproduce, copy or resell any part of the website or its content without our prior written consent.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product photographs, videos and the underlying design and software — is owned by or licensed to Dr Dilraj Healthcare and is protected under Indian and applicable international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

This website links to or embeds third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube and our social media pages. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr Dilraj Healthcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, your purchase or use of any product or your reliance on any information provided on the website. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dr Dilraj Healthcare, its owner and staff harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer dispute resolution avenues described in Grievance Redressal, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Moga, Punjab, India.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, any complaints or concerns regarding your order, appointment or use of the website may be directed to:
