Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver the Ayurvedic and wellness products you order from Dr Dilraj Healthcare. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you enter an address outside our serviceable area at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a resolution or cancel and refund the order.

A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999. Orders of ₹999 or more ship free. The applicable shipping charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you complete payment. Cash on Delivery is available at no extra charge — the same order total is simply paid in cash on delivery.

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation — or of order confirmation, for Cash on Delivery orders.
• Delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location, though remote areas may take longer.
• These timelines are estimates, not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions or other circumstances outside our control.
• We do not currently dispatch or process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share available tracking information with you by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow its progress with our courier partner.

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode and contact number are accurate at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. If a delivery attempt fails or a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (which may involve an additional shipping charge) or a refund of the product value, at our discretion. For a Cash on Delivery order nothing has been paid, so an undeliverable or refused order is cancelled rather than refunded.

If your order arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive at all within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date, for a missing order) so we can investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
